We specialize in working with alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, mild steel etc. as per various international standards such as IS, ASTM, DIN, JIS etc. to manufacture excellent quality products. Our products are used in high pressure & high temperature, corrosive & high temperature, and also in high pressure & low temperature applications by refineries, petrochemical projects, power projects, valve manufactures, manufacturers of heat exchangers and allied industries like sugar, cement etc.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

CUTTING

We have multiple high-speed Bandsaw and Hacksaw machines for raw material cutting.

HOT FORGING

Our forging shop consists of machines ranging 150Tons to 350Tons upstroke hot forging machines for manufacturing a variety of Bolts, Nut, and other specialized components.

HEAT TREATMENT:

We carry out thorough heat treatment activities such as Hardening, Tempering, Annealing etc. as applicable to ensure that our products meet the properties as per the standards of manufacturing.

PRECISION MACHINING

The machine shop is equipped with multiple CNC turning machines for machining operations to ensure consistent and proper dimensions for our fasteners and other specialized components as per customized requirements of our customers.

THREADING

Our threading shop boasts multiple Thread forming machines to carry out thread rolling for exterior threads and tapping machines for interior threads.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Our products are supplied with a wide range of surface finishes as per client requirements such as Blackodising, Phosphating, Zinc Plating, Chromium Plating, Hot Dip Galvanizing etc. o Specialized Coating: We also boast a in-house facility for specialized coating such as PTFE/Xylan Coating and Zinc Flake Coating.
